As an OVMA Corporate Platinum Member you will receive the following:

Same benefits as OVMA Corporate Gold Member
Four free individual memberships to represent your company interests
Website Advertising (50% off of current rates) - Annual $100.00 for random page advertisement, 3 year commitment for $250.00 for random page advertisement

Annual Membership Dues:   OVMA Individual Member           $ 75 (09-10)

OVMA Corporate Gold*              $ 250 (09-10)

OVMA Corporate Platinum*        $ 400 (09-10)

*If applying for a Corporate Gold Membership, please note the 2nd representative name and title can be added on the bottom. If applying for a Corporate Platinum Membership three additional representatives can be added.
